SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders will begin processing within 24 hours of of being placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for payment verification. Orders submitted after 3:00pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Box, APO's, AFO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited. *PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.   

SHIPPING FEES

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 and $6.00 flat rate shipping on all orders shipped via priority mail!

All of our packages are shipped via USPS - Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail.

Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days) $6.00.

Priority Express Mail (guaranteed overnight scheduled delivery to most locations, including PO Boxes) from $22.95. 

Our free shipping option (for US orders over $75) is USPS priority mail, which normally takes 1 - 3 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*All international packages may require additional processing time.

Note: We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. An insurance claim can be filed with USPS if you have a lost/stolen package. We are happy to help you with this process! Please allow 7-15 days from the 'delivered' date (provided by usps.com) before inquiring about an insurance claim. Due to USPS policy, we must wait 7-15 days before we can file a claim for your lost/stolen package.
