How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours in exception to holidays. Once processed it will ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. However, if you need your order immediately we will make accommodations to speed up the process but be sure to call or email us.

What does it mean to when the order is processing?

Processing means that your order has been entered into the system and is waiting to be shipped.

Does SelfishME use drop-shipping?

No. SelfishME is responsible for all of the packaging and shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?

SelfishME use United States Postal Service (USPS).

How can I track my order?                 

Once your order is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided at checkout with a link to track your order on the carrier’s (USPS) website. Also you can enter your tracking number into GOOGLE search bar and it will track it for you.

Uhm hey girl, where's my package?

SelfishME is responsible for packing and shipping your orders. Upon shipment you will immediately be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please allow up to 4 business days for a domestic delivery to arrive and 14 business days after shipment for an international delivery. After this time if you haven’t received your order, please contact SelfishME customer care at (888) 384-4750 or info@selfishmeboutique.com and we will investigate it for you.

My discount code isn’t working?

Note that discount codes can only be used once depending on when its offered. Please make sure that you are entering the discount code as it is shown. If you are having trouble with your discount code please send us a message in the chat bar or email SelfishME at info@selfishmeboutique.com.

Can I purchase a gift card?

SelfishME does not currently offer gift cards at this time.
